CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Hello!
My passion is helping others discover what it means to be human and provide guidance through that unique healing journey. I believe that what lies at the root of our struggles is the uncertainty in our sense of self and how we perceive our worth and value.
With warmth and levity, my role is to walk with you through your journey of self-expression and the meaning-making process to better understand yourself. Whether it's through developing greater self awareness, modifying habitual negative thinking, or moving past unhelpful patterns in relationships, I am here to support you in living the life you want and making positive life changes.
I am currently accepting new clients.
